A SIMPLY GREAT SLEEP: Both our stylish appointed apartments offer you the perfect retreat at 1350 metres altitude. Surrounded by mountains, fresh air and so much nature you will find the tranquillity you have been yearning for here.

SO YOU ENJOY A LOVELY SENSE OF HOMELINESS: We are happy to clean your apartment once a week and on request will provide fresh hand and bath towels.

A PLEASURE-FILLED MORNING: Choose between a delicious breakfast in the apartment, or enjoying a great morning in our Alm restaurant – both have their own charm.

RELAXING MOMENTS: Make yourself really cosy in your private sauna with panoramic views, strengthen your immune system and enjoy the picturesque, panoramic views and a feeling of being connected to nature.

MALISPA IN THE HOTEL MARTEN: You also have the opportunity to get to discover our MaliSpa in Hotel Marten down in the valley and avail of the full wellness offer free of charge.

FOR SNUGGLING UP: Your bed has already been freshly made for you, with bath and hand towels along with a cosy bathing robe provided in your apartment. Bring your own shower slippers with you, or for a small fee, get a pair in the Hotel Marten at Reception.

TRUE FAVOURITE SPOTS: Whether it is in one of the two snugs in the Alm restaurant to enjoy an unhurried evening meal, or some sunbathing on our panorama terrace – you will always find a new favourite spot and will eagerly head to the Hotel Marten and BEI ANNA coffee house in the valley too.

JOKER CARD INCLUSIVE: With the JokerCard that is included as part of your stay in the summer months, as well as numerous attractions, you also get to enjoy ‘soft mobility’ with the public transport system throughout Pinzgau – completely free of charge.

RIGHT AT THE SKI PISTE: Enjoy a stay that is very close to the Hochalmbahn in Hinterglemm, so you are right in the middle of the ski area and get to enjoy the first downhill all to yourself. You can of course then ski right back to the hotel doorstep again. This is ‘ski-in, ski-out’ at its very best.

FOR YOUR SPORTS EQUIPMENT: Store your equipment safely in our bike- and ski room and it will gently dry out in time for the following day. You will also find an E-Bike charging station here.

OUR SKI PASS SERVICE: To avoid queuing at the ski pass pay desk, on request we can issue your ski pass for the Saalbach Hinterglemm Leogang Fieberbrunn ski area here in Hotel Marten at Reception.

Cuisine available to book as an add-on service

Pleasure is a specific philosophy for us. You get to choose when, where and how you want to experience our cuisine. Carefree and wholly in keeping with your own gut instinct. Just whatever suits you. Follow that gut instinct and choose from:

ONE-POT MEALS FOR THE EVENING: Order pre-cooked one-pot meals (in winter by 15:00 that day) ready-to-cook right in your apartment. In summer telephone Hotel Marten to place your order by 12:00 that same day. We are happy to advise you and will see to it that you get to enjoy a delicious evening meal.

CUISINE IN THE HOTEL MARTEN: Dishes to share in lobby, dinner together in BEI ANNA coffee house – and of course, for a wonderful evening in the valley the Hotel Marten’s door is always open to you – please register in advance and make your table reservation.

A SPECIAL OCCASION: We are delighted to fulfil heart’s desires straight away, but we need a little bit of time for specific requirements.

Location and getting to Alm 1350

In the summer, Alm 1350 is accessible by car, while in winter the only way to get there is to take the Hochalmbahn. This operates daily from 09:00 to 16:00. You can park your car close to the valley station for the Hochalmbahn.

In winter check-in is available up to 15:30 and in the summer by 18:00. This is always done in the Hotel Marten in Hinterglemm, Martenweg 9.

Information about prices and discounts

Our prices are ‘from’ prices per night for an entire apartment and may vary depending on availability. Local taxes (payable by those aged 15 and over) and mobility tax are not included. We charge a fee of 200 € for final cleaning.

Please note that discounts cannot be combined with other offers. Any discount for children is not calculated in the apartment price. Further information and all details are available on request for your bespoke offer.

Booking information on length of stay

In winter, the minimum stay is 4 nights. During holiday periods at Christmas and New Year, and also in February, the minimum stay is 7 nights. Arrival and departure during these times is only available on Saturday.

In summer, the minimum stay is 3 nights. Arrival and departure are only available on Sunday and Wednesday. During the holiday period from mid- July until mid-August the minimum stay is 7 nights. Arrival and departure during these times is only available on Saturday.

Cancellation conditions

CANCELLATION CONDITIONS IN WINTER

Up to 4 weeks before arrival we do not require any cancellation fees.
From 4 weeks before arrival, we charge a cancellation fee of 50% of the total price.
From 2 weeks before arrival, we charge a cancellation fee of 90% of the total price.
In the event of no-show, the full amount is charged.

CANCELLATION CONDITIONS IN SUMMER

Free cancellation of your reservation can be effected up to 2 weeks before arrival.
For a cancellation made 2 weeks before arrival we charge a vacant room fee for the booked stay. The vacant room fee is 90% of the room price.

Otherwise, Austrian hotel contract conditions apply. Court of jurisdiction is Saalfelden.
