Dive into the therapeutic energy of water, be liberated from the daily grind as you perspire in the sauna, treat yourself to little nap in the relaxation room and enjoy delicious snacks and teas at our ‘Honesty’ bar. In summer you also enjoy access to our JuliGarden.

The perfect start to the day – before breakfast, our Morning Sunshine back massage provides you with new energy for your holiday adventures. Please note, there are only ever two time slots available for these special well-being moments in the morning – one at 8:00,  the other at 8:30.

An experience for body and mind – the herbal stamp massage with Marlis combines the beneficial effect of a massage with LaRicina larch oil and aromatic herbal stamps, filled with local herbs. This combination enhances the circulation, stimulates the metabolism and supports detoxification. Moisturiser is then applied to your back to finish off the treatment.

Natural connection: the larch massage is a beneficial full body massage using handcrafted LaRicina larch oil from South Tyrol, made by lovely Elisabeth. The oil from our indigenous larch trees creates such a wonderful connection  – in keeping with our hotel, the majority of which is made from this wood.

Relaxing warmth and deep relaxation: Our hot stone massage pampers you with hot stones that release their soothing warmth deep into the muscle layers. Tension is released, blood circulation is stimulated and your body can relax completely. After the massage, enjoy 10 minutes of relaxation time to fully absorb the feeling of well-being.

For a completely relaxed body - the hot stone massage, which does indeed use hot stones, is a particularly beneficial way to massage the back. The pleasant warmth penetrates right into  the deeper areas within your body, alleviating tension and stimulating the circulation.
